Sun City EAP is a comprehensive, convenient, and confidential service designed to help you and your family members overcome life's challenges.
When to use Sun City EAP
The purpose of the EAP is to help resolve issues that might interfere with personal life and level of performance at work such as legal, financial, child care and auto maintenance difficulities, substance abuse, depression and personal wellness needs.
EAP can help you make good choices, understand different options, and get new perspectives.
Access to EAP services is strictly confidential. Records are kept at Sun City and do not go to your employee file Federal law protects employee confidentiality.

Convenience Services: Sun City will do the leg-work for you in accessing various services such as finding a plumber, a computer repair specialist, a dog-walker and many more.
Value-Added Services: Vendors that provide various discounted rates exclusively to Sun City EAP members. Services include but are not limited to daycare services, personal wellness, and automobile needs.

How much will I have to pay for EAP services?
Your EAP provides mental health counseling services at no charge to you. This is a prepaid benefit provided to you by your employer. The remaining of the services are offered to you at a discount rate. If long term services are needed, the Care Coordinator will assist you in accessing community resources and insurance benefits.
Who will provide my EAP services?
Our network offers an extensive choice of providers located throughout El Paso for easy access. Providers include, but are not limited to, licensed mental health providers, licensed financial counselors, lawyers, and licensed child care facilities.
How do I use my EAP?
to access your EAP benefits follow these simple steps:
1. Call (915) 351-4680 or Toll-Free 1 (877) 560-8730.
2. A care coordinator will ask you to describe your concerns and together you will develop an appropriate plan for your situation.
3. If the resources required are beyond the scope of the EAP, the care coordiator can refer you to services available through you insurance plan or in the community.
4. The care coordinator will follow up with you to ensure that your needs were met.
