Employee Assistance Program
The Sun City Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a comprehensive, convenient, and confidential service designed to help the employee resolve issues that might interfere with personal life and level of performance at work.
Employee Assistance Program Services include but are not limited to:
Care Coordination, Linking, and Follow-Up
Behavioral Health Counseling – Up to 8 sessions offered, depending on EAP package purchased
Financial Services - Free on-site Financial Seminars -Initial one-on-one visit is free
Legal Services - Initial visit is free to the employee and additional visits are offered at a discounted rate and special pricing
Discounted Services including, but not limited to child care, auto purchases, auto maintenance, and fitness centers
Wellness Services - On-site, live health fairs to include: Body fat analysis, diabetes tests, blood pressure tests, cholesterol tests, and massages
Convenience Services - Sun City will do the leg-work in accessing various services such as setting up a dentist appointment and finding a plumber
Monthly newsletter -
The newsletter for employees includes topics such as worker productivity tips, family, home and community, stress management tips, and team building and productivity.
The newsletter for supervisors includes topics such as improving work relationships and articles with practical information and tips on correctly using the EAP in supervision.
