Sun City Behavioral Health Care (“Sun City”) is a nonprofit healthcare organization that provides a variety
of mental and behavioral health services to residents of El Paso, County, Texas. Sun City’s services to the
El Paso community include:
(1) a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) for employees of
large and small employers;
(2) maintaining a network of mental healthcare providers (“Provider Network”);
(3) providing anger management services;
(4) sponsoring and leading seminars and workshops on
behavioral health topics;
(5) providing utilization management services. Sun City is issuing this
request to solicit proposals for application service provider hosted software.
